• Communication history: Records of enquiries, emails, and notes from consultations or showroom visits.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to design, compose, and deliver your bespoke architectural planters, including:

• Managing enquiries, providing quotations, and arranging showroom garden visits.
• Designing, planting, and delivering bespoke planter commissions to your home or commercial setting.
• Processing transactions, invoices, and accounting.
• Sending essential project updates or responding to your service requests.

Under UK GDPR you have the right to ask for access to your personal data, to have it corrected or erased, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to receive it in a portable form. Because some of what we do rests on your consent, you can also withdraw that consent at any time, and withdrawing it does not affect anything we did lawfully beforehand.

7. Sending Data Outside the UK

Our website is hosted, and our email provided, by suppliers that may process data outside the United Kingdom. Where that happens we rely on a transfer mechanism recognised under UK law, such as the UK Addendum to the EU standard contractual clauses, which those suppliers operate as part of their own terms.

8. Automated Decisions

We do not make decisions about you by automated means and we do not profile you. Every commission is designed by a person.
